DURING THE SEASON

ENSURE THAT YOU SWAP YOUR LAMINATES AND RAISE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR OPPOSITION AND MYSELF WITHIN 24HOURS

Ignorance is not an excuse so please read the rules which are available in the download section and a hard copy will be available at the 1st league meeting. Pay particular attention to rules 8j, 10b, 10e, 10f, and 10i and appendix C (Pitch Sizes)

With regard to referees please be aware    

THAT ONLY QUALIFIED REFEREES REGISTERED WITH THE LEAGUE CAN CLAIM A MATCH FEE.

QUALIFIED REFEREES NOT REGISTERED WITH THE LEAGUE MUST BE PAID BY THE HOME SIDE

GUIDELINES TO SIGNING ON PLAYERS MID SEASON

Before you send off your sheets ensure you have checked the guide below:

  • Enclosed 2 copies of each photo sheet (1 to be laminated 1 to be retained)
  • All photos are PASSPORT photos (Not just passport sized cut outs or photo copies of photos)
  •  All sheets are fully filled in with name/DOB/players signature and photos attached!
  •  Enclosed copies of Birth Certs/Passports for ALL children (I dont have last seasons)
  •  All players have attained the age of 10 but are below the age of 11 by midnight on the 31st August 2010
  •  Any players at Academies may Not register
  •  Players registered at a Centre of Excellence will need written permission from the centre to allow the child to play Category C football
  •  Enclose a stamped self addressed envelope for return of your sheets
  •  Ensure correct payment is paid for sending pack to me
  • Completed Transfer form (If applicable)
  • If a player is transferring out from your team you will need to send me your laminate
